CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Project Management is catered to industry professionals who are seeking to gain professional knowledge in the management of a construction project. The programme teaches the technical skills necessary in the management of a construction project, adopting a multi-faceted approach ranging from financial and resource management knowledge to procurement and project management techniques. This course offer students the opportunity to deep dive into the management aspect of a construction project, and adds value through its wide selection of case studies and practical industry knowledge.
This course is compatible with all project delivery systems and provides a comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry.
The Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Project Management is conducted in the form of classroom lectures, discussions, practical exercises, and coursework assignments.
Singapore / PR Students
A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
For mature students of at least 30 years who do not meet the above minimum academic entry requirements but with at least 8 years of working experience in the relevant fields will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Academic Board and must pass the English proficiency test.
English Language Requirement
Those who do not meet the English proficiency requirement must pass the English proficiency test.

Exams are conducted at the end of each module.
There are a total of 8 exam modules.
Student must fulfil the following requirements:
75% attendance rate of total training hours per module
A minimum mark of 40% is required to pass each module.
Upon successful completion of all modules within the course, students will be conferred with a Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Project Management awarded by Singa College of Built Environment.
