Mr Wong Chear Ching

Mr Wong Chear Ching is an adjunct lecturer with Singa College. As an adjunct lecturer with the College, Mr Wong has a pivotal role in conducting classes for students enrolled with the college. Mr Wong specialises in quantity surveying, and his lectures include project cost measurement and site surveying related modules.
As a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIARB), Mr Wong had graduated from Heriot-Watt University with a MSc in Quantity Surveyong and a BSc (Hons) in Building Construction Management from Sheffield Halam University. Mr Wong has had relevant industry experience as a quantity surveyor for over 12 years, and has managed residential, industrial and commercial projects in his career.
As a trained quantity surveyor, Mr Wong is highly familiar with project cost planning, contract administration, procurement and tendering and will be utilising his industry knowledge to better impart the latest industry practises to his students.
